At The Braiddown Bar, skill alone isn’t enough. Techniques can be taught, but character cannot. Every Braid Tender was selected not only for their ability behind the chair, but also for their spirit, professionalism, and how they make others feel.

 

As a faith-based business, we value the Fruits of the Spirit: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. While our Braid Tenders are not required to share our faith, they are expected to demonstrate these qualities in every client interaction.
