• A U.S citizen

   •    Have reliable transportation
   •    Already possess foundational braiding skills (plaiting, braiding, cornrows, etc.)
   •    Have a willingness to learn, grow, and receive feedback
   •    Bring a positive, professional attitude

All Braiddown Specialists are hired as W-2 employees.
You keep 50% of every service you perform starting day one. As you grow with us, so does your earning potential. Tier advancement requires continuous employment in good standing and meeting minimum monthly service revenue thresholds.
   •    Months 1–6 — You keep 50%
   •    Months 7–12 — You keep 52%
   •    Months 13–18 — You keep 53%
   •    Months 19–24 — You keep 55%
Tips
Clients tip you directly at the end of their appointment — 100% of every gratuity goes straight to you.
